The 140L is a high quality 2 person traditional soft shell expedition rooftop tent, It has the addition of a canopy over the ladder creating a dry and sheltered entrance, meaning you can climb a dry ladder and also leave the tent door open in rough weather and remain dry inside. Another key feature of the 140L is that you can zip a large annex room (available seperatly) to the tent, creating a large shelterd room under the platform. It features a waterproof zip in floor, access doors with windows & fly-screens on all 3 sides, and additional zip in upper extenders are available to allow fitment to a range of vehicle roof heights.

The 140L has a heavy duty zipped and strapped cover with re-enforced areas over the ladder and corners, the tent itself shares many features with the 140S including: 300gram fabric, wide side windows with sheltered canopies and European grade mosquito mesh, it has reinforced stress points/eyelets etc, oversize frame tubes, taped seams, insulated base boards, storage pockets premium 6cm thick foam mattress & SBS brand Zips.
