We will assist in any warranty claim due to manufacturing faults, defects in material and/or workmanship for the period of the manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty period varies by product and/or manufacturer so please enquire at time of purchase to confirm warranty period.
We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf and advise at every stage.
We reserve the right on our decision or manufacturer’s instruction, to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a faulty or defective product or its components, if returned to the place of purchase during the warranty period.
Returns & Refunds
Online purchases can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
In an unused condition in original undamaged packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note this does not apply to bespoke or custom made products which are non-returnable.
Products collected and/or fitted at our premises can not be returned unless due to manufacturing faults, defects in material and/or workmanship during the period of the manufacturer’s warranty (as detailed above). Return costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE:
Zips and stitching are not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
